amazing views and comfy beds!

Had such a great time! The staff were super friendly and always smiling. The rooftop bar was my fave spot, stunning views while sipping drinks. The only sting was the cocktails, they were kind of sweet and slushy. Breakfast was fab, loved the self-serve coffee bar! Def a perfect choice for a chill vacation.

A few things you should know

The staff were exceptionally friendly, providing assistance with smiles throughout our stay. I enjoyed a lovely buffet breakfast with varied options, including good choices for all palates.

The main pool area tends to lose sunlight by 3 PM, making it less appealing for sunbathers. nighttime entertainment varied unpredictably, with some evenings lacking engaging shows.

The mini bar was completely empty upon arrival, which was frustrating after a late flight. we were woken up early by loud noises from bin trucks and cleaners. The 2.50€ daily fee for the safety deposit box is unusual and should have been clearly communicated.

i was utterly shocked to find baby cockroaches in the bathroom, not to mention the overpriced, uncomfortable beds. on top of that, i expected a complimentary gift for my stay but was treated like just another guest. such a shame, because the location is decent and the view was okay, but just couldn’t look past these horrors.

this was my second stay in los cristianos, and paradise far exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and very clean, and the food was varied with freshly cooked options each evening. i really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere by the adult-only pool with stunning views.

The omelettes for breakfast were a pure delight, fluffier than a cloud and bursting with flavor. Plus, the views from our room were just magical, looking down at the pool, while the gracious staff set the mood for the perfect honeymoon with a bottle of sparkling wine. Totally chilled vibes!

The hotel has excellent facilities like separate areas in the restaurant and adult-only pools. During our stay, the staff displayed a high level of understanding when we faced a flight delay, accommodating us smoothly with an extra night. The buffet restaurant offered a superb variety and quality of food, exceeding expectations. I particularly enjoyed the stunning mountain view from our room, which added a serene atmosphere to our getaway.

I spent four nights in a Premium Junior Suite and appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the accommodations. the location near the main pool did bring some noise during busy hours.

Entertainment staff kept everyone engaged with great karaoke nights. Rooms lacked basic amenities like a kettle.
